DC UPDATE: Tyrone • Voice of the Customer Complaint: • CALLER STATED THAT HE WAS STANDING AT THE WILL CALL COUNTER FOR 10 MINUTES. • THERE WERE 3 DRIVERS AND A WAREHOUSE GENTLEMAN BRINGING PARTS OUT. • NOBODY ACKNOWLEDGED THE CUSTOMER. • EVEN IF IT IS NOT THEIR JOB, THEY COULD HAVE TOLD HIM THEY WOULD GET SOMEONE TO HELP HIM. • HE HAD TO FLAG DOWN A MANAGER GOING IN A DIFFERENT DIRECTION TO HELP HIM • Current Status: • HE WAS VERY UPSET WITH THIS TREATMENT HE HAD STATED THAT HE IS IN THIS STORE ALL THE TIME • Customer Request: • HE FEELS THIS NEEDS TO BE DEALT WITH
