Investor Roundtable at the 2011 SPTF Annual Meeting Date of Investor Roundtable: Monday June20, 2011, 10:00-17:00 concluded by reception of Mayor Location: Den Bosch, Netherlands Agenda: • Focus of roundtable is on responsible behaviour of MIVs and implementing PIIFs. • We invite comments/ideas on draft agenda and potential contributions.

Participate in upcoming Social Performance Task Force webinars • May 19, 10:00am: MIX Market, Presentation of Research on “Responsible” Growth and Returns • May 18, 24, 25 in three time zones: Introduction to SPTF Universal Standards for Social Performance for MFIs – overview of proposed standards and explanation of SPTF comment period • June 2: Introduction to the NEW SPTF website which provides overview of all resources available – Investor toolkit • June 7, 10:00am: MIX Market, Research results on “Responsible Efficiency” and the “Integration of Social Performance and Financial Performance”
