Building Literacy and Technology Skills: The BLTs Community Project

The BLTs, comprised of 1st and 5th graders, engage in collaborative projects to enhance literacy and technology skills throughout the year. This initiative emphasizes community exploration, with monthly field trips to key local landmarks. This year's adventures include a visit to the West Seneca Police Station, where students learn about law enforcement tools, practice 911 calls, and understand the importance of community safety. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who supports our BLTs and their journey in connection with the West Seneca Police Department.
