Discovery ✦First developed as a topical drug for dermatology under FDA approved IND 45,548 ✦  MDI 101 was designed, synthesized, and tested in 1986 ✦Preclinical Studies proved efficacy and safety in photo damage repair and anti-aging 1992-1994 ✦IND approved by the FDA and Phase l Clinical Trials demonstrated efficacy and safety -no adverse side effects were observed in humans and the drug is effective without irritation ✦Because of the dramatic safety profile the IND was withdrawn from the FDA and MDI 101 was launched as a cosmetic in 2006 ✦MDI 101 first marketed as a cosmetic on QVC television in 2006

Concert Pipeline With 30 years of successful experience designing safe molecules for specific activity, the CONCERT molecule inventors never stop creating new compounds.  This is an ongoing process. Three new composition-of-matter patented compounds are in the CONCERT pipeline.  They show activity in acne and anti-aging models and are being pushed through the pipeline.  They are available now for partnering or later for sale. CONCERT signed an agreement with a company that has a new and proprietary molecule delivery system.  This system coupled with CONCERT’s unique compounds will provide new patented products for licensing or sale.
