Bévacizumab en adjuvant : essai BEATRICE (1) CT au choix de l’investigateur (4-8 cycles) Facteurs de stratification • Statut ganglionnaire (0 versus 1-3 versus ≥ 4) • CT adjuvante (anthracycline versus taxane versus anthracycline + taxane) • Récepteur aux hormones (négatif versus bas) • Chirurgie (conservatrice versus mastectomie) Observation Cancers triple-négatifs opérés (n = 2 591) CT au choix de l’investigateur (4-8 cycles) + Bévacizumab (5 mg/kg/sem.)
