Q2 - Create Defender_SW shared folder and Copy the software in Defender_SW . - Click Start>Administrative Tools and run Group Policy Management - Create new GPO “Deploy SW” and click Edit. The Group Policy Management Editor appears. - Expand User Configuration, Policies, Software Settings, right click software installation and then click New package. - In the File name text box, type the network path to the software distribution folder, \\Areej-admin\ Defender_SW , and then press ENTER.
- Select the Windows Installer package, WindowsDefender.msi; and then click Open. After a few moments, the Deploy Software dialog box appears. - Click Published, and then click OK. Close Group Policy Management Editor. - Link Deploy SW GPO to IT Department
In the client side: Open control panel> Click Add or Remove Programs or Programs and Features> Windows Defender is show.
