DESCRIPTION

Join our FREE educational class to learn the fundamentals of living with diabetes. Participants will cover key topics including nutrition, complications, stress management, and fitness, tailored for those recently diagnosed, pre-diabetics, or family members wanting to support loved ones. The class will take place at the Health Center in the HHS Conference Room on the 2nd floor. Enjoy a lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, followed by the class from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. For enrollment, contact Melinda at 480-362-7331.
