  2. Background Problems The whole system purchases, sales, and other matters are still using manual systems. Purchasing system is done directly on the supplier,customer sales system can make a reservation Selep process of grain mashed for the rice that is ready for sale. The process of refining the rice is done by using selep machine. Making the report usually takes a long time because the recording system is still using the manual method.

  3. Statement of The Problem How to create a system of administration of sales and purchase information that is useful and appropriate for the UD. Widodo? How to record inventories? What is the process of recording the selep process at UD. Widodo? How this information system able to provide financial reports

  6. The purpose of the Study The purpose of this thesis is to design and create an information system that can handle the purchase of goods, sales of goods, inventory, production processes, and also provide the required reports quickly and easily.

Conclusion From the test results of case studies that are implemented into the application, then the writer can take conclusions: Based on the questionnaire, an application has been created users get the ease of use of the program. Overall, the program view and delivered information, also the operating process of the program was stated good.

  15. Suggestion The advice can be given to the development of administrative information system application program at UD. Widodo is much improved interface and the report is less clear. The report that produced from the application can be modified depend on the user’s needs.
