Kansans Optimizing Health Program (KOHP ) Leader Call

The Kansas Optimizing Health Program (KOHP) invites all leaders to participate in a critical call focused on improving the health of Kansans. Our vision promotes healthy living in safe and sustainable environments. This meeting will include updates from the Kansas Department on Aging (KDOA), recruiting participants, and discussions on innovative strategies.
