We are seeking an ideal candidate with over 5 years of experience in instructional design, particularly within healthcare or similar regulated fields. Strong writing skills are essential, demonstrated through the ability to effectively present complex technical information. Proficiency in a variety of authoring and development tools, especially XML and DITA-based tools, is a must. The role requires excellent project management abilities and strong communication skills, all while working in a fast-paced environment. This position is studio-based with no travel required.
