Analyse Collectie Nl : content & context Context kan niet zonder content maar content kan wel zonder context Context levert voor de klant meerwaarde (waardevolle ordening) Rol contextleverancier wordt bibliotheken gegund Identificeren contextleveranciers en hun verschillende rollen (incl. die van de bibliotheek Balans tussen zelfbeeld, beeld andere en beeld van de rol in de toekomst

Analyse (vervolg) Contextualiseren in netwerkverband (binnen/buiten) Regie op landelijk niveau, verankering context op lokaal niveau Koppeling tussen fysiek en digitaal gewenst Genereert opleidingsbehoeften Behoefte aan begeleidend onderzoek Bibliotheken moeten krachten bundelen Klant centraal (voorwaarde co-creatie) Financiering tijdens overbruggingsfase
