  6. When will data be reviewed? • See phase handouts • 3 phase • March/April, July, August (Test score related) • 2 phase • July/August • Be sure SPP deadline is met in early fall!

  10. Questions… • Does everyone in PIMS have a roster to verify or only those in tested grades/subjects? • Teacher verification is NOT related to SPP.

  11. Activity • SPP Data Verification Planning Tool • Who will log onto system? • Should be done at a meeting. • Data Dictionary • So everyone is on the same page. • Print copy for everyone or have it posted in a convenient place.
