Objetivos • Al finalizar el curso, el agente de viajes tendrá la habilidad de: • Identificar los tipos de itinerarios disponibles en el sistema • Identificar las formas de impresión de itinerarios • Imprimir un itinerario de pasajero • Imprimir un itinerario factura • Desplegar la queue de mensajes • Interpretar el status de la queue • Liberar los mensajes pendientes de impresión

  3. Itinerario – Itinerario factura Itinerario : Incluye todos los datos del itinerario del pasajero sean segmentos aéreos, hotel o de auto y los remarks que se incluyan en el PNR. Itinerario factura: Es igual que el itinerario del pasajero pero este incluye el precio
