Streamlined Off-Campus Interlibrary Loan System for ANU Patrons

DESCRIPTION

The new ISO ILL compliant interlibrary loan (ILL) system enhances the patron experience for ANU staff and students living more than 60 kilometers from campus or those with special needs. It consolidates requests into a single interface, reducing manual processing by staff and mediating most requests automatically. Users can track their requests from submission to return status, with clear indicators for pending, shipped, and overdue items. The system, while efficient, acknowledges some work-arounds are still required, enhancing overall usability for library patrons.
