Life’s Story • Born in Uzbekistan in 1977 • Responsibility from early age • Busy parents, young sister • Poor grades in elementary school • Educational success and liability • Break-up of USSR – test of values • Education abroad – test of values • Creation of electric car • Work at the bank • Succeeded in introduction of new service • Hated to deal with bureaucracy • Succeeded in creation of new division • Darden

  9. Internal Dream I want to feel meaningful by serving a bigger goal and being rewarded for it. I also want to feel intense and independent (“freedom to”) like I’m running a 100 meters distance on a smooth track for the World record.
