  4. Exam Schedule • May 21st: 8th and 7th periods • May 22th: 6th and 4th periods • May 23rd: 2nd and 3rd periods • May 24th: 1st period & Make Up • Senior Clearance/Cap & Gown Pick up

  5. Financial Obligations for athletes must be cleared by May 17th • Financial Obligations fortextbooks must be entered as students take exams ALL Financial Obligations must be cleared by May 24th • Cap and Gown pick up on May 24th • Graduation Rehearsal • Wednesday May 29th at 7:30am • MANDATORY or will not walk at graduation • Practice Processional Entrance • Exit • Seating • Counselors practice names • Receive cords for Honors Societies, etc.

Prom • Date: Friday, May 10th 2013 • Students must be in school for at least two block periods (2 and 4) • Location: Samuel Riggs IV Alumni Center at University of Maryland College Park • Cost: $60.00 • Tickets will be on sale April 21st to May 2nd • Tickets will NOT be sold the week of Prom • Obligations must be cleared prior to ticket purchase

  9. Cap and Gowns • CostJanuary-April: $60.00 • Cost May: $70.00 • Forms are in the counseling office. • See your counselor if there are financial issues • Yearbook • Order online – www.jostensyearbooks.com • The price is $100.00 • See Mr. Gifford (A 208) with questions Mrs. Downey

Graduation • DAR Constitution Hall, Washington DC • Thursday, May 30st 2013 at 10:00 am • Seniors must arrive at 9:00 am • Tickets • Seniors - Cap and Gown is your ticket in to DAR Constitution Hall • Each graduate will receive 4 tickets • Extra tickets need to be requested in writing after Monday April 19th via email or written note by parent/guardian • Letters must include students full name and ID number Mrs. Downey
