Continuing • The trade or brand name and common name of the pesticide applied; • Trade or brand name--The name of the pesticide applied,as it appears on the product label. • Example--Tordon 22K • Common name--The name of the active ingredient in the pesticide product. The common name will not be required, provided a complete trade or brand name is listed on the spray record, as the trade or brand name will be considered the information needed to meet the common name requirement.
