  2. Dokter A adalah seorang Ahli bedah. Suatu hari, saat ia sedang membedah pasien tiba-tiba jatuh terduduk. Otot-otot tangan dan kaki gemetaran, jantung berdebar-debar dan napas terengah-engah. Menurut dokter UGD, dokter mengalami Kelelahan. Hal ini terjadi karena dokter A dari pagi sudah mengoperasi 4 pasien masing-masing 2 jam lamanya. Sekarang adalah yang kelima dan sudah berjalan satu jam. Dari pagi karena terburu-buru dokter A belum makan. Jatuh terduduk
