  2. MORNING TEA As the Marketing Team Leader of the last rotation, I was required to organise a Morning Tea to be hold on the Open Space Conference, on the 30th of September. The objective of the event was to raise operational funds to Reach Outt. I conducted a meeting on the 23th of September with the new Marketing Department in order to plan the activity and allocate roles for the event. We created and printed the flyers with the products and prices. Five employees agreed to contribute with food for the Morning Tea: Angel Tong, Thomas To, Emma Nelson-White, Nanthawan Pinthugat and Anthony Chan. On the 30th of September we arrived earlier to organise the Morning Tea, so everything was ready and food was already being served by 8 am. The food was available until the end of the Conference in the afternoon.

  3. The Products Blueberry Muffins - $2 each Coconut Ladoo - $1 each Biscuits- $1 each Apples - $1,50 each Egg Pancake- $1 each

  5. Result Revenue = $ 72,90 Costs: Biscuits - $8 Coconut Ladoo – donation Apples - $1,50 Muffins – donation Egg Pancakes - $6 Total Cost = $ 15,50 PROFIT = $ 54,40
