Suggestions • Timely and adequate supply of seeds of suitable cultivars of rice, pulses • Proper trials and recommendation of suitable hybrids of rice • Relaxation of qualification for Technical assistant for PMT under NFSM • Allocation of minikits to responsible supply agencies • Incorporation of use of herbicides under NFSM- Wheat • Subsidy norms be uniform • Online reporting be simplified
