Le But de l’étude Bilan de toutes les paralysies pharyngolaryngées avec troubles de la déglutition : • Vidéoradisocopie de la déglutition et après 2003 vidéomanoradioscopie • Electromyographie du pharynx (CI) et du SSO (CP) des deux côtés Analyse des résultats après traitement par injection de toxine botulique

  22. 13 patients First injection 7 responders 6 non or partial responders first set Of treatment + New injection for 3 patients + 2 responders = one non responders 9 good responders = 4 non or partial responders 3 patients relapsed 1 patient awaiting further therapy After 1 year follow up New injection for 2 patients One failure 1 responder 7 responders after one year
