PRINCIPALI RIFERIMENTI NORMATIVI - AREA HANDICAP • L. 1859/1962, Istituzione ordinamento della scuola media statale; • L. 517/77, Norme sulla valutazione degli alunni e altre norme di modifica dell’ordinamento scolastico; • L. 104/1992, Legge quadro per l’assistenza, l’integrazione sociale e i diritti delle persone handicappate; • DPR del febbraio 1994, Atto di Indirizzo alle ASL in ordine alle funzioni e ai compiti connessi all’integrazione dei soggetti con disabilità; • L. n° 124/1999, Disposizioni urgenti in materia di personale scolastico
