  2. Checking Audio Adobe Connect Introduction On arrival into the room, please click on the Meeting menu on the top left and select Audio Wizard. Follow the prompts to set up your audio. To use your Microphone, once your presenter has allowed it, click on the Microphone icon here. To mute once you have finished talking, click again, the microphone is muted when there is a line through the icon.

  3. Chat & Emoticons There are a number of different signals you can use during a meeting. They can be accessed through the hand up icon. Click on the icon to give your signal. It will appear next to your name in the attendees list. To type into the chat box, enter your text here and hit Enter on your keyboard.

  4. Whiteboard If your teacher enables the Whiteboard, these buttons here can be used to Draw or Type on the Whiteboard canvas made available to you.
