  2. NO PLUG-IN You can see the browser’s toolbar WITH CONNECT PLUG-IN New window – no toolbar – more functions available Meeting Room Interface Before we start… Make sure you have the Adobe Connect plug-in installed

Meeting Room Interface • To install the Connect plug-in • Go to the Help menu and select Troubleshooting • Automatic connection test will start (about 15-20 seconds) • Install plug-in if needed (does not need ICT Administrator/Help Desk access) NOTE: Once you have installed the plug-in, you may need to re-enter the meeting room

RAISE HAND • Host sees message, clicks Approve Status options • RAISE HAND • Request microphone access • Ask a question • ABOVE THE LINE • These options remain checked until cancelled • BELOW THE LINE • These options expire after a short time • CLEAR MY STATUS • Also available at top of attendee list
