CTL Overview • Founded in Portland, OR in 1989 • Historical focus on providing IT solutions to Public Sector and Channel customers • Products include: PCs, Laptops, Tablets, LED Monitors, Servers and Workstations under our CTL and 2go Classmate PC brands • CTL is ranked by CRN magazine as one of the top 5 system builders in the US http://www.crn.com/white-box/199905036

  3. CTL Overview • CTL is one of a handful of system builders in the country that are both Microsoft OEM’s and Intel Technology Providers at the Platinum level. CTL is headquartered in Portland, Oregon. CTL’s PC manufacturing, sales and support are all located in the United States not in another country. • CTL has strong relationships with Asian ODMs. • CTL supports the channel and has a strong channel business. Channel customers can buy direct from CTL or purchase our products through Ingram Micro. • CTL holds a number of Public Sector computer hardware contracts including that give us a wealth of experience. Some of these contracts include: The WSCA/NASPO PC Contract Master Price Agreement #B27159 and WSCA participating addendums with 13 States including Oregon; California; Colorado; Delaware; Hawaii; Alaska; Missouri; Nebraska; Nevada; New Mexico; South Dakota; Washington; Wisconsin. • State of Maine MLTI (Multi-state Learning Technology Initiative) Contract • Who’s using CTL? • Educationcustomers such as Linfield College, Mount Hood Community College, Lower Columbia Community College, Central Washington University and Tigard Tualatin School District • Government customers such as the US Department of Fish and Wildlife (US Department of the Interior), the Oregon Department of Human Services, the Oregon Department of Education and the City of Eugene, Oregon. • Corporate customers such as Intel, Delphi and WebMD
