Agenda • Project Preparations for Director’s Follow-up CD-1 Review • Status of schedule readiness [Peter Wanderer/ Ron Prwivo] • Progress on further developing and documenting the Bases of Estimate and establishing cost range [Peter Wanderer/ Mike Anerella/ SandorFeher] • Progress on Recommendations from July 16-17, 2009 Director’s CD-1 Review [Peter Wanderer/Marc Kaducak] • OPMO’s Preparations for Director’s CD-1 Review [Dean Hoffer] • Review Documents (Charge, Agenda, etc) • Reviewers • Logistics • FRA EVMS Training • Project Timeline • Next Meeting 23-Sep-09 APUL WGM

  3. Review Documents and Logistics • Draft Charge is in process. Will be similar to charge for 1st review with concentration on: • corrective actions on Recommendations • updated schedule • cost estimate range • scope contingency strategy • Agenda to be similar to 1st review. Probably will be 1 ½ days long instead of a full 2 days. • Review to held in ICB meeting rooms 23-Sep-09 APUL WGM

  6. EVMS Training • APUL Project Team (PM, Deputy PM, Project Engineer, Project Controls, Finance, CAMs) Required to have FRA’s EVMS Training • Initial training required and annual retraining is required. • Initial EVMS training class has been schedule for October 26-27 23-Sep-09 APUL WGM

  7. Current Projected APUL Timeline • CD-0 Received 31-Oct-2008 • Director’s CD-1 Follow-up Review • November 2-3, 2009 • DOE’s CD-1 Review (IPR) • December 1-2, 2009 • CD-1 Jan/Feb 2010 • CD-2 (Q3 FY10) • CD-3a (Q4 FY10) • CD-3b (Q1 FY11) Per FNAL 10 Year Plan 23-Sep-09 APUL WGM
