Current and Past Project Work • Schedule needs to reflect what work has been accomplished and reflect the project’s current work plan • Progress against schedule needs to be demonstrated (activities, milestones and costs) • At the review the project has to be able to demonstrate they are currently on or ahead of plan 02-Dec-09 APUL WGM

  5. Next Meetings • December 15 (Discussion Area: progress on preparations for a DOE review) • January 13 (Next normally scheduled. Should we shift to January 6 because of timing of DOE review?) 02-Dec-09 APUL WGM

Action Items • From Last meeting: a) Discuss path to getting a COBRA person assigned to APUL – Peter, Dean b) Assess effectiveness of rolling up D1 RLS to higher levels – Ron c) Update BOEs to be consistent with delayed D1 schedule - Mike d) Create a functional org chart for APUL – Peter e) Discuss APUL-CERN SoW with Steve – Peter f) Assign persons and dates to review recommendations – Peter, Sandor, Marc 02-Dec-09 APUL WGM
