  20. Placing an internal Call by Dialing • Lift Handset (or press ‘Speaker’) • Dial the 3 digit extension • You can dial ‘#’ to signify finished dialing

  23. Transferring a call using Transfer button • While in a call, press the ‘Transfer’ button • Dial the transfer-to extension • Press ‘Transfer’ again for ‘Blind Transfer’ • Or wait until the phone is picked up, when ready press ‘Transfer’

  24. Transferring a Call by RP button • While in a call, press the blue ‘RP’ button • At the tone, say “Transfer to Josh” or “Transfer to Kitchen”
