Views: Normal • Thumbnails appear in the window on the left • Click on the View tab. • In the Presentation Views group, click on Normal. • You can also click on the Normal button on the Status Bar (lower right).
Views: Outline • Text appears in the window on the left. • Click on the View tab. • In the Presentation Views group, click on Outline View.
Views: Slide Sorter • In Slide Sorter view, click and drag the slide from its current position to its new position • Click on the View tab. • In the Presentation Views group, click on Slide Sorter. • You can also click on the Slide Sorter button on the Status Bar (lower right).
Views: Slide Show • Previews the slide show exactly as the audience will see it. • To begin with the current slide: • Click on the Slide Show button on the status bar • Or, you can click on the Slide Show tab. • Then, in the Start Slide Show group, click on either From Beginning, or From Current Slide. • To begin with slide #1: • Press F5 on the keyboard
