Summary of MODAPS Production 9/28 • Forward Processing (C5, C4.1 LST, 5.1 Atmosphere and Greenland IST) • Terra forward processing is at the leading edge with the following exceptions. • Day 266 (September 23) remains open due to a power outage at Goddard that resulted in data loss. EDOS is attempting to recover the data from Direct Broadcast. • LST is 20 days behind the leading edge due to problems with the UPDs after the database rollback in August. • Aqua forward processing is at the leading edge with the exception of days 265 and 266 (September 22 and 23). • These days remain open due to the same power outage as mentioned above. • Terra Atmospheres C5.1 Reprocessing • Terra Atmospheres C5.1 reprocessing completed. The data was processed without using the Clear Sky Radiance Products. This data is expected to be reprocessed starting next week. The reprocessing will take approximately 75 days.
