  2. DEFINICIÓN El presupuesto de mano de obra es de gran utilidad, pues con él puedes saber exactamente la gente que necesitas para producir lo planeado, de manera que puedas prever si vas a necesitar más recursos humanos o si es suficiente con el personal actual .

  3. EL COSTE DE MANO DE OBRA A) Determinación y control de los tiempos de trabajo. B) Valoración del trabajo, es decir, cuantificación de los consumos y cargas que genera este factor . C) Asignación a productos de los costes generados D) Presupuestación y control de costes de la mano de obra.

CLASIFICACIÓN Los costes de la mano de obra se suelen clasificar en dos grandes categorías, en relación con el objetivo de coste: Coste de mano de obra directa -Salario Base -Complementos salariales: -Otros complementos Coste de mano de obra indirecta Personales De puesto de trabajo Por calidad o tiempo de trabajo Por rendimiento Residencia Prendas de trabajo, etc...
