  2. Learning Intentions: • WALT: We are learning to - • use card to make a 3D model; • use front, side views of phones as a starting • point for sketching a design.

  3. Learning Intentions: Card Modelling • WALT: We are learning to: – • model in card - scoring, cutting, folding and gluing; • measure accurately; • measure and mark out a profile / using a template/s; • use the process of folding card to make a model phone holder.

  4. Learning Intentions: • WALT: We are learning to: - • draw light construction lines; • draw parallel lines • draw two views of a simple working drawing; • add three important dimensions to a working drawing;

  5. Success Criteria: WILF: What I’m looking for; - 1. any one of the given shapes made into a card model; 2. your phone to fit easily in and out of this model.

  23. Activity Description: Time - approximately 6 x 35min periods; Theory / Workshop demonstrations: The pupils study the process and constraints of accurately filing to an internal radius. Manufacture: To manufacture accurately to a profile / template or pattern and to understand a basic working drawing; Applied Design: to design and manufacture the body of the Mobile Phone Holder.
