  2. ARGENTINA ADHIRIÓ AL DECENIO DE LA SEGURIDAD VIAL ONU

  3. ANTECEDENTES 2008 La Presidenta a 60 días de asumir presenta un Plan de Seguridad Vial. Instruye al Ministro Florencio Randazzo a enviar un proyecto de ley al Congreso de la Nación. Se sanciona la Ley Nacional 26.363, art.1 crea la ANSV. Se reglamenta y crea su estructura. 2009 La ANSV conforme cuenta con recursos, provenientes del 1% de las primas de seguro automotor, conforme el art 12, inc. F de la Ley. Se fija como objetivo la reducción de la siniestralidad, meta muy ambiciosa 50 % en 5 años , período 2009 / 2014.

  9. Qué necesitamos del Sector Convenio con el Observatorio de Seguridad Vial. Datos, costos y gps. Información para la fiscalización SSN . Información sobre antecedentes de tránsito – scorirng. Formulario electrónico único para la denuncia de siniestros. Programa de promoción de acciones, descuentos SRI nacimiento, conductor responsable, un traslado por mes. RSI Para empresas aseguradas descuentos a las que presenten un Plan de SV. Fondo común para Educación y Campañas de Seguridad Vial 0,005 %. Escuchar al sector, que el sector escuche a la ANSV.
