Al Rogers-A Dedicated Educator

Al Rogers uses every resource at his disposal to bridge economic divides and academic inequalities for the children in his school district. During the pandemic, he partnered with local clergy so students had access to technology and safe places to study. Al Rogers was also instrumental in the launch of a performance management system that enhanced distance learning.

Education From Chapman University Al Rogers received his Master of Arts in Education from Chapman Universityin Orange, California, going on to earn his Doctor of Education from the University of the Pacific in Stockton. To add to his leadership skill set, he participated in the National Superintendents Academy in 2016 through Atlantic Research Partners.

  4. Passionate About Leveling Opportunities Al Rogers strives to bring excellent academic opportunities and leadership to his school district. He is passionate about leveling opportunities for at-risk children and children of color. Al Rogers has seen to it that children have equal access to technology, as well as safe places to study and socialize.

  5. Coach Al Rogers has trained all of his life for a career in education, and his dedication to his field has proved invaluable to the communities he's served in. Throughout his work history, Al Rogers has passionately served as a teacher, coach, principal, superintendent, central office leader and CEO.

  6. World Traveler Al Rogers dreams of a happy, long life with his wife, enjoying travels across the globe, including Japan and South America. He strives to support his children to productive, happy adulthoods. Before retirement, however, Al Rogers would thrive as a superintendent in an urban setting, helping underprivileged children set goals and reach their dreams.
