  2. BrightStar Facts • 275 million in assets • 37,000 + members • Chartered in 1946 • Located in Fort Lauderdale, FL • About 130 Employees

  3. Help Desk Tie-in: Contact Us • Due to an upgrade of our website, our old contact us pages stopped working. • Instead of rewriting those old scripts, we decided that an integration into StarNet (our portal) would make the most sense. • This would enable us to track member communications.

  4. Improving Collaboration • It enabled all of our call center staff to be able to respond to member communications, instead of just a few. • Additionally, all respondents could view the tickets and see if any were open or if another technician had answered the member.

  5. Benefit to us • This new process creates an incredible efficiency in serving our members. • The overall benefit really is immeasurable.

  6. Other Benefits • Build and submit resumes online. • Contact our auto advisors directly.

  7. Questions? Thank you for consideration for 2008 Best Practices!
