    Authorized Parking Only Y G DRAINAGE 9 Helicopter Operations during Construction Landings and departures will be from G ramp, Roll-On lane or the inverted Y located in west sod. The last 6 parking rows from A West to A East has been designated the Roll-On landing/ Take-Off Lane with Parallel Taxiway. Aircraft utilizing the back taxiway will remain clear of landing lane. A West and A East can still be used to taxi to and from parking. Practice GCA approaches authorized only under VMC conditions. Avoid over flight of men and equipment. Two aircraft max for traffic pattern operations. E SOD and Center SOD are closed. Aircraft will not taxi beyond POL taxiway. When aircraft leaves POL in transition to parking, aircraft will hold in West Sod until cleared by Tower, when Tower is in operation, or precede at pilots discretion during advisory service to G ramp and taxi to parking. Read NOTAMs for current status of airfield. 10 Contractor Operations runway & W/E taxiway Construction crews will be briefed on SOP procedures prior to operating on the airfield by Base Ops personnel. Construction vehicles will enter and exit thru: Primary- Gate #7 South of the Airfield Alternate- Gate #12 West of the Airfield Vehicles will stay on designated routes at all times unless authorized by Base Ops. Vehicles operating speed on the Airfield is 10 MPH or 15 km/h. Vehicles will operate with warning flashes when moving to and from construction site. Construction crews shall obey the tower light gun signal system at all times. Construction equipment will be parked in designated parking area when not in operation. Equipment left on runway/taxiway after hours of operations and during limited visibility will be marked with a red light. Construction crew shall post a flag man for traffic purposes during flight. 11
