    20. Track Record in China Hong Kong University of Science and Technology issued an official report in July 2003 confirming the stability of eeFuel® liquid nanotechnology. The China National EPA formally recognized F2-21 in May of 2005. The agency referred to F2-21 as the best gasoline and diesel additive on the market for saving fuel and reducing toxic tailpipe emissions. PetroChina officially entered a joint venture on April 30, 2005 after the manufacturing plant was completed at Tianjin China.
