  4. Aim of the experiment The aim of our experiment is to observe the differences between nanotech car wax, ordinary car wax and no car wax at all. We hope to see a difference between the three when we add water to the surfaces that have the different types of car wax on it.

  5. Equipment • Surfaces – Wooden Block - Hard Plastic - Tin Foil - Cloth - Card • Car Wax – Nanotech - Ordinary • Water droplets

  6. Method We collected three sets of each surface. We then sprayed one set of each surface with nanotech car wash, another set with normal carwash and left the last set with nothing on it. We then left the car wax to dry on each surface without wiping It off. Once the car wax was dry we then sprinkled water droplets on each surface and observed what the difference was between the nanotech car wax, the normal car wax and the surfaces with no carwax at all.

  7. Results Tin Foil – The water ran off the nanotech sprayed surface faster than the ordinary car wax sprayed surface. Cloth – There was not much difference between the two because both of the cloths absorbed the water. Card – The water ran off the nanotech sprayed surface faster than the ordinary car wax sprayed surface. Plastic – The water ran off the nanotech sprayed surface faster than the ordinary car wax sprayed surface. Wooden Block – The water ran off the nanotech sprayed surface faster than the ordinary sprayed surface. From our experiment we found out that Nanotech car wax was more effective than ordinary car wax. Conclusion
