All the equipment range has quick changeover for another preform type with 18 mm - 48 mm neck diameters. Quick change and flexibility: • 2-, 3-, 4-, 6-, 8-cavities configurations • Option to increase the output by installation of additional blow mold cavities • APF-Max U modification – flexible change of cavities number for 0.2-2.0l, 4-6 and 8l • Modular blow mold system with separated mold cavities • Individual block of valves for each mold cavity with air recovery system NIR heating and low total installed power: • Near infrared (NIR) heating system consumes less energy, its waves are more intensive • More efficient system than convectional IR • Heating modules with only 7 lamps • Quick-change mandrels in the heater for another preform neck All-electric configuration: • 6 servo drives: mold closing unit, stretching unit, heater rotation, preform transfer to the blowing unit and bottle outfeed system • Pressure control in the blow mold • Preblow controlled via PLC • Automatic temperature regulation User-friendly concept and innovative design: • Streamline form and alternative coloring that meet corporate style • PLC that stands alone from the machine makes it easier to operate • All the communications are connected from the top of the machine • Electric cabinet backside APF-Max blow molder compact overall dimensions due to the NIR heating system make it easy to transport both by land and by sea to 5 continents.
