Organizational Cornerstones • Contract with “Conference Management Services” (CMS) is being finalized as we speak and will cover: • Handling of all money streams, from registration payments to IEEE audit. • Handling of all admin matters for papers (including IEEExplore compliance) • Call for papers • Webpage, including updating etc.

  7. Budget Cornerstones • Expected number of participants 820 • Conference hotel room per night $189 (multiple occupancy allowed); and many cheaper hotels nearby. • Registration fee: currently planned at $600, with reduced rate $300. • Welcome reception • One luncheon • One dinner banquet • Coffee breaks • ISIT is guaranteeing 1720 room-nights

Technical Program Committee • CfP is ready (see paper handout…) • Submission deadline: January 7, 2010 • Reviews in: March 8, 2010 • TPC meeting: with CISS (Princeton), likely Saturday, March 20, 2010 • Notifications: April 1, 2010 • Session arrangements: mid-April 2010 • TPC composition confirmed (65 regular members, 5 appeals members)
