  1. Skill Gap Skills gap is a perceived skills shortage faced by companies today. This is often credited to the fact that of the 1.2 crore odd labor joining India's workforce every year, only an element is measured to have essential assistances to be hired. Companies looking for suitable candidates who are trained in every single skill mentioned in the JD, will have to stop being lazy and realize that the best recruiters (and this is based on the claims made by the country's best employers) hire for the Attitude. Of the KSA (Knowledge, Skills & Attitude) vital to hire the best recruit, A is of utmost importance. The academic institutions will have to design the courses built on its real-world applicability. The best way to do the same will be to invite corporates to partner in the course development and many corporates are actually willing to do the same. This will help to solve their recruitment problems. Skill gap is nothing but a gap between what the company needs from their employee to perform a certain task or obligation to what the staffs possess in them. So, if there is a gap between what the company expects from her employee it creates skill gap that means he/she is not able to achieve the allocated task. while the skills gap may still be very real to a majority of companies, that majority looks like to be declining as many companies are taking steps to close it. Companies will have to be more inventive with their onboarding and work-based training programs, if they can’t find the employees with the skills they need they will have to develop them. Here we want to first find out what the gap is and then consequently plan a training conference or seminar to train employees to get his/her improved at work. You see, frequently a lot of individuals talk about jobless if for these days a lot of engineering institutions, management organizations are opening up which unfortunately lacks in deploying good professors that ends up refinement a lot of engineers and management graduates which eventually overcrowds the market without any quality education being imparted in them
