We use advanced technology to protect your private information during any transaction on our website. Our website uses 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) that encrypts (scrambles) your information the transmission of personally identifiable information, including your credit

Your membership fees cover the costs of providing the services to you, whether you use the service or not. Please note, some of the SpyFly features go to work for you the second you set them up. For example, the monthly monitoring of registered sex offenders occurs automatically once a monitoring area has been set up. This way you don’t have to log into the website every time you want to know if a new sex offender has registered near your family. We call this the burglar alarm for sex offenders. Where do I go if I need help? If you need support at any time, please contact member support toll free at 1-800-831-9235, or Contact Us via our website. This will immediately send our customer service representatives an e-mail to which we will respond promptly. I can’t remember my Password. Please visit the SpyFly website and click on the Member Login Link at the top of the page. You will be provided the option to retrieve your Password. You may also connect with us via the Contact Us page or email us at support@spyfly.com. I signed up as a SpyFly member, what do I do now? Please monitor your email account that you used during your sign-up to obtain your Registration Confirmation Email. The email will contain your login credentials and Customer ID. Use your User Name and Password to log in to the SpyFly website. If you have any questions please call our member support team at 1-800-831-9235. What do I do if I did not receive my Registration Confirmation Email?

Please contact our member support team as soon as possible at 1-800-831-9235 to confirm that your email address is correct. It is critical that you keep your email address in Your Account up-to-date. To protect against spam filters, please confirm that support@spyfly.com has been added to your spam filter or “safe senders” list. This will ensure that emails from SpyFly are delivered and not marked as spam or junk mail. How do I log into the SpyFly website? In your Registration Confirmation Email you will be provided with your User Name and Password. Both, your User Name and Password are needed to log into the website. If you have any questions please call our member support staff at 1-800-831-9235, they will be happy to assist you. How do I cancel my membership? To cancel your SpyFly membership please call member support at 1-800-831-9235 and a representative will assist you with your cancellation. You may also modify or cancel your membership by logging into your online account. I have moved. How do I change my address and contact information? You can log into you SpyFly account and click on the My Account tab. There, you will be able to change your address and contact information. Alternatively, you can call member support 1-800-831-9235. One of our member support representatives will be happy to assist. How do I unsubscribe from your email list? If you no longer wish to receive emails from SpyFly, simply click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email message you receive from us. You can also click on the Unsubscribe Your Email Address which can be found at the bottom of the SpyFly website. Your unsubscribe request will be honored immediately. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for your email address to be completely removed from our database. Also, you will still receive account and billing notices from us, if applicable.
