  1. Early Signs of Prostate Issues – 3 Things You Should Know Watch for these warning signs! It’s a fact that prostrate problems start surfacing after the age of 50, but the good news is there are a whole lot of things that you can do about it! What is prostrate? The prostrate is a gland; which is almost the size of a walnut. It is part of the male reproductive system and wraps around the tube; which carries urine out of the bladder. It generally grows large as you grow older. But if it gets too large, it means there is something wrong and you might want to see your GP as soon as you can. Having said that, an enlarged prostrate or prostrate problems do not necessarily mean you have cancer.

However, these health issues might be the warning of any other disorder. So, it is always important to check with your GP to form an informed opinion about your existing health condition. As far as prostrate issues are concerned, if you have any of the signs, it is always better to keep a close vigil on your health and then change, modify your lifestyle.

Since gaining weight can increase the chance of prostrate problems, it is very important that you reduce its risk and stop gaining weight by eating as many foods as these – Sesame seeds, pumplin seeds, Salmon, Bell peppers, tomato, Avocados, fresh Vegetables, Tofu and other sources of soybean such as soymilk, tempeh, edamame or cooked soybeans, roasted soybeans, soy yogurt. These can help you keep a tab on prostrate problems.
