  1. PSYCHOLOGY PROJECT  HRM  (JOB DESCRIPTION +CHARACTER) Click to Edit Title HASRATH PARVEEN  TUBA ASLAM

  2. HIGH - STAKE TRADER  A high-stakes trader is an individual who buys and sells financial instruments with significant capital, aiming for high returns while facing high risks of losing large amounts of money. They often use fast-paced strategies like day trading, holding large positions, and leveraging high-risk, high-reward scenarios to maximize profits.

  3. Responsibilities 3+ Years of Proven Experience in High-Stakes Trading Expert in Equity, Forex, and Derivatives Strong analytical and Risk management skills Ability to thrive Under Pressure Quick Decision-Making & Execution Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or Related Field

  4. CHARACTER  CHARACTER  (Yumeko Kawamoto Jabami) CORE TRAITS -  COMPULSIVE GAMBLER, GENIUS-LEVEL STRATEGIST, UNPREDICTABLE, THRILL-SEEKER, EMOTIONALLY INTELLIGENT (READS PEOPLE WELL), CALM UNDER PRESSURE, HIGH RISK TOLERANCE.

  5.  Just like gambling, trading is about risk assessment, reading market (or opponent) psychology, and making split-second decisions with large sums of money.  Yumeko doesn't gamble to win money; she gambles for the "thrill of the risk." A successful (or insane) trader often operates the same way, taking massive risks for the dopamine rush of a big payoff.  Her ability to remain calm when losing everything is a bizarre but useful trait in a market crash. Yumeko doesn't see money; she sees points on a scoreboard. In the chaos of the stock market, she finds the same ecstasy she finds at the gambling table, making her a terrifyingly effective—and potentially volatile—asset manager."

  6. THANK YOU
