This study investigates insulin-related gene expression across four distinct tissues: Islet, Adipose, Liver, and Gastroc. Utilizing a multiQTL model, we detect transcripts that correlate with insulin levels, with an enrichment analysis revealing significant associations. Specifically, we identify 1984 transcripts in islet tissue, 605 in adipose, 485 in liver, and 404 in gastroc, each associated with insulin modules across various chromosomes. This comprehensive analysis enhances our understanding of insulin dynamics and their genetic underpinnings across diverse tissues.
