Case Analysis Case Analysis Method: • Read case • You need to ensure that you have an overall understanding of what the main purpose of the case is • A holistic view of the problem • You cannot successfully address the audit without understanding the overall picture • The goal with the initial read is to prime your mind • Read case with strategic audit • Once you have a general understanding of the case • You can begin to address the procedural concerns of the strategic audit • This tool will help to ensure that you have addressed all the relevant areas of the organization • Appendix 10-A (pg. 265-272) • Figure 14.1 A Chapter 14 Wheelen/Hunger
