  2. The Bald Eagle The bald eagle is our national bird and a symbol of the United States of America.

  3. Mount Rushmore Presidents George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, and Abraham Lincoln are carved into Mount Rushmore. It is located in the state of South Dakota.

  4. American Flag The colors on the flag represent different characteristics: Red – bravery or courage Blue – freedom White - loyalty

  5. The White House This is the President’s house. It’s located in Washington D.C.

  6. The Statue of Liberty The Statue of Liberty was a gift from France. She stands in New York Harbor. She is a symbol of freedom.
