Context for Fundraising Overall, we have budgeted conservatively, but we have an estimated gap of $40,000 (and, possibly, growing depending on ADA and state/federal monies) Specifically, for Special Events (auctions, celebrations, student recognition, etc.), we have only 41% ($1,630) of that budget remaining for the year. Among other things, we would like to raise money to fund more positive events for your children

  6. The Facts: Popcornopolis • 50% • $7-9$ Cones • Caramel Corn, Cheddar Cheese, Kettle Corn, Zebra Popcorn, Cupcake Popcorn • Empower=$20,000

Skills Assessment Results • Cumulative since the beginning of the school year • Common (minus LA Prep) for ELA, Math and Science (no Humanities) • Trends in make up tests: 100% of kids who did the work in between tests, made growth. 97% of kids who tried without working, stayed the same (no growth from FBB)

  9. Homework Policy • Missing Homework Logs

  10. Study Hall • Small groups by ability level for study hall • Starts 12/3 • More writing in class; projects broken up • We will see if this impacts our Math and ELA scores

  11. Silent Lunch Reflection + Paychecks • Call parents to update them during SLR • Parents sign SLR reflection = complete • Check the paychecks for Demerits
