  5. Works in a small groups and discuss the following: Companies should pay for training to do the job, but staff should pay for training which gives them qualifications. Training should be done in employees’ fee time. If a company trains you, you should agree to work for that company for a number of years afterwards. All staff need continuous training- not just new recruits. It doesn’t matter why you study. The important thing is to get a good degree. Talking points
