SDR Data Elements Needed • Reporting Activity • Report Number • Shipper (Contractor) • Contract Administration Office • Contract Number (with Delivery Order Number) • Shipment Number • NSN • Quantity Received • Discrepancy Quantity • Discrepancy Code • Action Code • Remarks • Information Contact

  4. SDR Data to DCMA • PDREP System • Used currently by DCMA to manage PQDRs • Are required SDR data elements available to PDREP? • If so, can DCMA distribution be provided? • Ideally DCMA would: • Be notified of SDRs via PDREP • Respond to SDRs via PDREP • Manage SDRs via PDREP • Eliminate manual input/transfer of SDR data to PDREP
